Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Sabina Maria Design, each wallpaper and mural is made-to-order with care, intention, and artistry. Because of this custom nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective.

All Sales Are Final

Please note that all wallpaper purchases are final sale. We encourage you to order samples before committing to a full roll, as colours may appear differently in various lighting and on different screens.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will happily work with you to make it right.

Sample Orders

Sample purchases are non-refundable. We recommend sampling first to ensure you're in love with the scale, colour, and texture before placing a full order.

Cancellations

Because each order is printed just for you, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. Please double-check your order details before checking out.
